These are the terms and conditions on which you may use the ArtTactic.com website and the online content/services available on it (“ArtTactic Content”). These terms apply to your use of ArtTactic.com and all ArtTactic Content irrespective of how the ArtTactic Content is delivered to you. By accessing ArtTactic.com you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. If you use ArtTactic.com in the course of your business, you are also agreeing to these terms and conditions on behalf of that business and should also read the paragraph in Section 2 regarding At Work Use.

These terms and conditions were last updated on 12th March 2024 and replace all previous terms and conditions for ArtTactic.com.

ARTTACTIC may change or withdraw any part of ArtTactic.com at any time (with or without notice to you) and may also change the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the changes you should cease using ArtTactic.com and you may cancel your subscription to any Paid For Services in accordance with your rights set out in Section 8.

References in these terms and conditions to “ARTTACTIC” (or “we”, “us” or “our”) refer to the applicable ARTTACTIC Ltd, see the Corporate Information section below for more details.
